GermanyBy listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when you complete your order via the shopping cart.

3. Prices and Small Business RegulationThe prices shown are final prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (German VAT law for small businesses) plus separately indicated shipping costs.

4. DeliveryDelivery is made within Germany via a shipping service provider. Typical delivery times are 3–7 business days.

5. PaymentPayments can be made using Shopify payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or other payment options displayed at checkout).

6. Right of WithdrawalConsumers have a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal Policy.

7. Liability

  • We are not liable for allergies, skin reactions, or inappropriate use of jewelry, except where statutory liability is mandatory. Please pay attention to our instructions regarding material and care.
  • We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by negligent or intentional breaches of duty by us or our vicarious agents.
  • For other damages, we are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
  • Any further liability, in particular for allergies, skin reactions, or inappropriate use of jewelry, is excluded to the extent legally permissible.

8. Retention of TitleThe goods remain our property until full payment has been received. Resale or processing by the customer is only permitted in the normal course of business.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
  • For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is the consumer’s place of residence.
  • For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.


10. Contract Language

 

The contract language is German.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
