Are the flowers in the necklace real?
Each necklace incorporates real flowers that are carefully dried and sealed to ensure they are long-lasting and protected.
Is the jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
The materials are nickel-free and generally well tolerated.
However, we recommend that those with very sensitive skin do not wear the jewelry permanently.

How much does shipping cost and how long will it take to receive my package?
At checkout you can choose between two shipping options:
1. Shipping with tracking (€6.49) – Your shipment is insured and you will receive a tracking number.
- Shipping with tracking: usually 1–3 working days within Germany
2. Shipping without tracking (€2.70) – Shipping is at your own risk. We cannot track the package if it gets lost.
- Shipping without tracking: usually 3–5 business days
Can I return my necklace?
1. Please notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving the goods. To do so, please send us a message via our contact form or by email and include your order number .
2. Return the goods – return shipping is at your own expense . We recommend choosing insured shipping to prevent loss.
3. Checking the return – once the return has arrived with us and the goods are undamaged, we will process the refund.
4. Refund – We will refund the purchase price of the returned items to the original payment method. Please note that the shipping costs of the original order will not be refunded if it has already been delivered.
Does the necklace come in a gift box?
The necklace is lovingly and carefully packaged so that it arrives safely and can be given as a gift even without additional options.
If you'd like to give the necklace as a gift, you can optionally add a gift bag for €1 . You can easily select this during the ordering process.
