1. Shipping Options

You can choose between two shipping methods at checkout:

Shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout.

2. Delivery Times

• With Tracking: 1–3 business days within Germany

• Without Tracking: 3–5 business days within Germany

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start after payment has been received. Delays may occur in exceptional cases.

3. Liability for Shipping

• Shipping without tracking: The risk of loss of the goods is borne by the customer.

• Shipping with tracking: The shipping provider is liable up to the maximum insured amount. Any damages beyond this are excluded.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In the event of a withdrawal in accordance with our Right of Withdrawal Policy, the following applies:

• Deadline: You may return the goods within 14 days of receipt.

• Return Shipping Costs: Generally borne by the customer, unless we explicitly agree to cover them.

• Recommendation: Please return the goods insured or with tracking.

• Refund: After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price, including the shipping costs for standard delivery.

• More expensive shipping options: Any difference in shipping costs for other delivery methods is borne by the customer.
